Oh I know the answer for this one!
Tax cuts for the wealthy - am I right?!
Sarcasm aside, that IS what they truly believe a jobs plan involves. They honestly think that if you give some business owner an extra $15k (or whatever), then s/he will hire people, expand business, add a contractor, etc.
The problem you and I have with that is we understand human nature and the "global economy" kick in and that tax break windfall becomes a personal stock market gamble, a new wardrobe (imported), a new car (imported), new computers (imported), or some other imported stuff. In other words, NO JOBS are created.
But apparently in their alternate reality, the hiring of poor foreigners at slave wage rates to make stuff for us is still TECHNICALLY creating jobs.
