This Corruption in Washington is Smothering America's Future

There are a number of different ways to incorporate. The easiest thing to do would be to adopt changes to those articles or pass a sweeping law that properly defines what a corporation is (well, more what it is NOT, in this case).

I'd like to see a new type of corporation created. If you incorporate with that new charter, you get tremendous tax breaks or a very simple, low flat tax - only if you acknowledge the business is not a person, you bring in no h1b1 (whatever that foreign worker importation acronym is) personnel, and all (or a very high percentage) of the revenue is derived from manufacturing and services by US workers/facilities.

Then I'd jack the hell out of the tax rates, offshore tax haven fines, charge hundreds of thousands to import temporary workers (but not for farm-specific work - the real target here is companies like microsoft who import thousands of foreigners to do the jobs of the Americans they lay off), and, in short, make life a misery for the corporations who insist on doing business PURELY under the 'anything that makes the owners richer is good' at the expense of the nation's health and stability.
